About Us

Lise Seager

Lise qualified as a solicitor more than 20 years ago and as a mediator in 2004.  She began her career as a solicitor in a high street practice, and later became a partner in a regional law firm. She now works in her own practice as a solicitor and mediator.

Lise is based in Bristol and works primarily in the South West of England, the M4 corridor and London, but is very willing, by arrangement, to travel widely to undertake  mediation work.

Trained as both a civil and commercial mediator and family mediator, Lise tailors the mediation process and procedure to best meet the needs of those involved. Regardless of the nature of the dispute, Lise is pleased to offer a model of mediation in which parties’ legal representatives  are integrally involved in the process, insofar as the parties require it.

With a background as a solicitor, management consultant and coach, Lise has the resources to undertake mediation in a wide range of issues involving the breakdown of personal, professional and commercial relationships.

When working as a mediator Lise:

  • Is facilitative and solutions focussed
  • Is flexible in approach
  • Is resilient
  • Is able to challenge people’s thinking in a sensitive and constructive manner
